How to implement SmartWeb integration with ProTeria?

In this article you will learn how to easily set up SmartWeb 2.0 integration with Proteria Web. What is new are so-called "Webhooks" which give the customer more insight into order status. The shipping labels will be created with ease and the tracking data will get sent back to your SmartWeb as well as to your customers directly.

New customer?
If you are not a customer of ProTeria today, you must first order an e-commerce agreement with us (this is free), or possibly a license with us for your own customer number and integration. Check CloudPrint at checkout if desired (assuming you have TSC, Honeywell or Zebra printer) In short, our e-commerce agreement means that the integration and licensing of ProTeria Web is free for you if you use a freight agreement.

In short, our e-commerce agreement means that the integration and licensing of ProTeria Web is free for you if you use a freight agreement. With a freight agreement, you get good prices at both Bring and PostNord. You can read more about the prices here . If you use your own freight agreement, you must pay the  license  (based on package volume) and 99, - per month for the integration.

Already a ProTeria customer?
If you are already a customer of ProTeria send us an email to help@proteria.com or call us if you want such an integration. In that case, let us know if you want setup with CloudPrint.

What does that mean?

General (to begin with you do not need to mark off either of these)

“Create label after send”

If you want the shipment to be sent to the carrier (EDI is sent) immediately when it is imported into the Proteria Web label is created.

“Print when label available”

To automatically print the label when it is ready (setup of CloudPrint and box for this is a prerequisite - click here if you want this )

Shipping methods

eg. if you have a freight option in your webstore called “Shipping 1-2 days), this needs to point to a shipping product in ProTeria Web, for instance Bring Klimanøytral Servicepakke.

Here you set up the product at Bring and / or Postnord that corresponds with what you offer in your store.

Status

Suggestions here: “Processing ”

Select the status in SmartWeb which means that the order is sent to ProTeria. Orders will automatically be sent to ProTeria when the status changes to this.

EDI Status settings

Select the status to apply when the shipment is ready and sent to the carrier ("Order sent")

Test it. Click on a new order in your SmartWeb store. Mark it off → “Mass edit” → Change status to “Order processing”
