What you need to know as a ProTeria PostNord customer (English)






In this article, you will find useful information in connection with your customer relationship and the products that are available to you who use Proteria's PostNord freight agreement.




New customer?
It can take between 2-4 working days before your PostNord customer number is ready for use. In the meantime, we suggest you familiarize yourself with the ProTeria Web. If you have an online store, you can consider the possibilities for an integration or possibly a file integration to save time by entering customer data. Some customers with smaller volumes prefer to enter info manually for better control and overview. In those cases (1) fill in the address, (2) click send to carrier and then (3) print the label.



At the bottom right of ProTeria Web ("Help me") you can search for the answer to any questions you may have.




Delivery of parcels
If you wish to deliver the parcels to PostNord on your own, this can be done at your nearest collection point. Click here to find your nearest collection point. Bear in mind that this is only a solution for MyPack Collect, ParcelB2B and MyPack Home (< 35 kg), and there is a surcharge for this.




Pickup

If you are in the start-up phase or generally have varied quantities of shipments a week, no pick-up agreement will be necessary. You may still want to book a pick-up instead of delivering the packages at the nearest pick-up point. This is a free service.

In that case, we and PostNord will recommend that you book collection by calling PostNord's customer service directly here:

Inform them that you need to book a pickup and that you already have EDI and the shipping labels are already printed. It’s strictly a pickup you want, and you dont want them to create a new shipment. If they ask for your customer number you will find this in the blue field below “Send til transportør” when you create the parcel in Proteria.
